Whether you’re avoiding the gym because of COVID, your knee, shoulder, or some other body part is giving you trouble, maybe work is super stressful right now, or you simply don’t feel like you have the energy to exercise, the result is the same: you’re not moving as much as you’d like and your body is feeling neglected, or maybe “abandoned” is more like it. And of course, once you stop moving things tend to get worse.

I get it.  It’s hard to start moving from that place, and yet you know it’s important. You know you’ll feel better. You don’t need to work out 4-5 days a week; you just need to move and start feeling good in your body again. I can help you find your way back.

JIM LOBLEY IS A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER BASED IN NORTHAMPTON, MA.

Jim uses a training method called Dynamic Movement Training that he has developed over the past several years, to work with a wide range of clients on a variety of issues and goals. By reading the body and diagnosing its movement patterns Jim is able to develop unique movement/exercise protocols for each client, designed to bring their body into a greater state of balance, ease and efficiency. Clients have sought his help with some of the following:

  • Pre-hap and rehab before/after surgery (knees, hips, shoulders)

  • Strength and conditioning for older athletes (skiing, tennis, kayaking, pickle ball)

  • Movement repatterning and integration

  • Pre- and post-natal strength and conditioning

  • Injury prevention and/or avoiding surgery

  • Improving balance and coordination
